Flooded Room, Complex 19

This equipment room beneath Pad 19 is flooded almost to the top. Due to the high water table, many of the underground structures at the pads on Cape Canaveral were actually built at ground level and the filled over to make them "underground." Once abandoned, they are still prone to flooding.
